Shipping Fees
We offer free standard shipping on orders of $75 USD or more.
For orders under $75 USD, a flat standard shipping fee of $9.90 USD will apply.

Processing Time
Orders are usually processed within 3–5 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.
During peak seasons, product launches, promotional periods, or unexpected inventory changes, processing may take slightly longer.
Delivery Time
After your order ships, estimated delivery typically takes 5–8 business days, depending on your location and carrier conditions.
Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs processing, carrier delays, weather, holidays, peak seasons, or other circumstances outside our control.
Tracking Information
Once your order has shipped, we will send you a shipping notification with tracking information when available.
Please allow some time for tracking updates to appear after the package has been handed over to the carrier.
International Fulfillment
Some orders may be fulfilled from overseas warehouses or production partners. For this reason, we are unable to guarantee a specific carrier or exact delivery date.
Shipping Delays
If we are unable to ship your order within the stated processing time, we will contact you with an updated estimate. You may choose to continue waiting or cancel the order for a refund.
Address Accuracy
Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order. This includes apartment numbers, unit numbers, postal codes, and phone numbers when applicable.
We are not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses entered at checkout.
Unclaimed or Undeliverable Packages
If a package cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address, refusal, absence, or failure to receive the package, it may be returned to the warehouse or carrier facility.
If reshipment is possible, additional shipping fees may apply. If a returned package cannot be recovered or reshipped, we may be unable to issue a refund.
