Shopping Guide

Everything you need to know before placing your order — shipping, delivery, returns, exchanges, refunds, and customer support.

⧉ Customer Support

Our customer support team responds during business days. Messages received on weekends or holidays will be answered in the order they were received on the next business day.

During busy periods, it may take a little longer for us to reply. Thank you for your patience.

⧉ Order Confirmation Emails

After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation email. Once your order has shipped, we will also send you a shipping notification with tracking information when available.

To make sure you receive our emails, please add service@yonowwear.com to your safe sender list.

If you do not receive an email, please check your spam, junk, or promotions folder. You may also contact us if you believe the email address used at checkout was entered incorrectly.

⧉ Shipping Fees

We offer free standard shipping on orders of $75 USD or more.

For orders under $75 USD, a flat standard shipping fee of $9.90 USD will apply.

⧉ Processing & Delivery

Orders are usually processed within 3–5 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.

After your order ships, estimated delivery typically takes 5–8 business days, depending on your location and carrier conditions.

Once your order has shipped, tracking information will be sent by email when available. Please use the tracking link provided to follow your package.

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs processing, carrier delays, weather, holidays, peak seasons, or other circumstances outside our control.

If we are unable to ship your order within the stated processing time, we will contact you with an updated estimate. You may choose to continue waiting or cancel the order for a refund.

⧉ International Fulfillment

Some orders may be fulfilled from overseas warehouses or production partners. For this reason, we are unable to guarantee a specific delivery carrier or exact delivery date.

We carefully monitor fulfillment and shipping status to help your order arrive as smoothly as possible.

⧉ Tracking Information

Tracking information will be provided by email once your order has shipped, when available. Please allow some time for tracking updates to appear after the package has been handed over to the carrier.

If tracking has not updated for several days, please contact us and we will help check the shipment status.

⧉ Address Accuracy

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order. This includes apartment numbers, unit numbers, postal codes, and phone numbers when applicable.

We are not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses entered at checkout.

If you notice an address mistake after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that changes can be made once an order has entered processing or shipment.

⧉ Unclaimed or Undeliverable Packages

If a package cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address, refusal, absence, or failure to receive the package, it may be returned to the warehouse or carrier facility.

If reshipment is possible, additional shipping fees may apply.

If a returned package cannot be recovered or reshipped, we may be unable to issue a refund.

⧉ Order Changes & Cancellations

Please review your order carefully before completing checkout, including item, color, size, quantity, shipping address, and email address.

Once an order is placed, we begin processing it as soon as possible. For this reason, we cannot guarantee that changes or cancellations can be made after checkout.

⧉ Out-of-Stock Items

In rare cases, an item may become unavailable after your order is placed due to inventory changes.

If this happens, we will contact you and may offer an exchange, cancellation, or refund for the unavailable item.

⧉ Product Images & Color Differences

We make every effort to display product colors and textures as accurately as possible. However, actual color may vary slightly due to lighting, photography conditions, device screens, and monitor settings.

Slight differences in color, texture, or appearance are not considered defects.

⧉ Size & Fit

Please check the size guide on each product page before placing your order. Sizing may vary slightly by style, fabric, silhouette, and stretch.

If you are between sizes or prefer a more relaxed fit, we generally recommend sizing up.

⧉ Returns & Exchanges

We want you to feel confident when shopping with YONOW. If you would like to request a return or exchange, please contact us at service@yonowwear.com within 7 days of delivery.

To help us process your request faster, please include your order number, the item you would like to return or exchange, and the reason for your request.

Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and returned in their original condition with all tags, packaging, and accessories included.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

⧉ Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved.

If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank, credit card company, or payment provider to process and post the refund.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.

⧉ Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective item or an item that is different from your order, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at service@yonowwear.com.

Please include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photos of the item, the packaging, and the shipping label.

After reviewing your request, we may offer a replacement, exchange, return, or refund when applicable.

Items must be unused and in their original condition. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

⧉ Items That Cannot Be Returned or Exchanged

We may be unable to accept returns or exchanges in the following cases:

  • The item has been worn, washed, altered, or used.
  • The item has stains, odors, damage, makeup marks, deodorant marks, or signs of wear.
  • Tags, packaging, accessories, or included items are missing.
  • The return request was made after the return window.
  • The item was sent back without prior approval.
  • The item was damaged due to improper care, storage, or handling by the customer.
  • The item is marked as final sale, non-returnable, or otherwise excluded from returns.

⧉ Product Characteristics

YONOW products are designed with attention to comfort, fabric feel, fit, and movement. Due to the nature of textile production, the following minor variations may occur:

  • Slight size differences due to manual measurement.
  • Minor color variation from screen display, lighting, or photography conditions.
  • Temporary creases from packaging or shipping.
  • Natural fabric texture, scent, or finish variations.
  • Small differences in stitching, trim placement, or fabric surface.

These are generally not considered defects unless they significantly affect the use or quality of the item.

⧉ Care & Washing

Please follow the care instructions provided on the product label whenever available. To help maintain the shape, softness, and color of your YONOW pieces, we generally recommend:

  • Wash with similar colors.
  • Use a gentle cycle or hand wash when possible.
  • Avoid bleach and harsh detergents.
  • Do not tumble dry unless the care label allows it.
  • Lay flat or hang to dry in a shaded area.

Damage caused by improper washing, drying, ironing, or storage is not considered a product defect.

⧉ Promotions & Discounts

Discount codes and promotional offers must be applied at checkout before payment is completed.

Promotional offers may not be combined unless otherwise stated. We are unable to apply discount codes retroactively after an order has been placed.

Promotional details, eligibility, and end dates may vary by campaign.
